(Your choice of skype/call/text) I will help you workout in the gym or at home for 45 mins *This is useful for anyone with gym anxiety so I will be with you throughout your workout! I can even do the workouts with you! :D (warning: trainee must be actively working out the entire duration of 45 mins to qualify for skype video service. I want to be able to see trainees’ workout progress through skype video calls.
